JUMP World concert 2012 DVD

I just finished watching Hey! Say! JUMP's JUMP World concert 2012 DVD yesterday and I just need to let out my feelings about it... ><

DISC 1

Disc 1 was their concert in Japan earlier this year and as expected, it was so amazing. It was only a concert but it can level with their SUMMARY performances for the last 2 years. There were lots of stunts and Johnny's Jrs. The only difference was that there was no Johnny's mansion*.

Another thing that amazed me was the costume change. I mean, they made it look like magic. It was only for a few parts but definitely worth mentioning. For the costumes, however, I'm not really impressed. I know that Johnny's is known for their sparkling weird costumes but one particular costume of JUMP from the concert was too much for me to handle. It was the colorful yukata/kimomo-like costume. It's too bulky with a weird shape. O___o 

I was also sooooo happy that Bakaleya 6 made the intro and they also have a special performance. That was so hot!!! Jesse and Taiga's voice! Juri's rap! Shin, Hokku and Kouchi too! 

Yuma was also there!!! NYC only performed Haina but that's ok. I love the song. I just find it weird that Yuma was included in the performance of HSJ songs. Maybe for the extended exposure but maybe they should have more NYC performances. Or they can give him solos since he has been releasing solo songs.

I was just a bit disappointed that Chinen performed only a few acrobatic stunts. This is not SUMMARY but it's his forte and I love watching him when he's doing somersaults and flips.

Some transitions for each song or performance was kind of awkward for me especially the part when they sang Arigatou right after Thank You. I was crying so much then Arigatou, which is an upbeat song, just played. It messed up the moment.

And that's just about it for Disc 1...

DISC 2

Disc 2 contains digests of HSJ's concert in Hong Kong and Taiwan. All I felt was extreme jealousy... haha... XD

It's nice because it also features behind the scenes. 

For me, their concert there was not as grand like in Japan. They can only fly 3 at most at a time. The venue was also small.

The best (worst for me) was that they interacted so much with the fans and tried to speak Chinese which was so kawaii!!! Many of the fans know how to speak Japanese so I need to study more in case I meet JUMP in the future (there's no harm in dreaming, right?).

My favorite was when they sang Thank You ~ Bokutachi Kara Kimi e~ in Chinese. It was so cool. I cried as well in that part (I know, I know. I cry too much... :'((...). I was also touched when the fans sang Star Time even though JUMP went backstage already. When JUMP came out of the stage again, the fans were holding messages that surprised them. (the love between an idol and a fan <3).

And that's all...

For those who haven't watched it yet, it's a must watch. If I have the money, i will definitely buy a copy so you should too... :))
